Appearance: Lightningpaw is a tiny orange tom with orange-brown stripes. His front left leg is white, as is his chin and tail tip. Only slightly larger than a kit, Lightningpaw has long legs for his size. He is a very fast runner, the fastest of his litter. His tail is shorter than usual, and sticks out about a mouse-length before falling straight down, making him look rather silly. His eyes are a green-blue, and his ears are tall and pointed.
Personality: Lightningpaw loves running, and racing. He is relatively calm, but is extremely competitive. He hates losing, and will demand either a rematch or he will constantly search for revenge until he is satisfied. This may take moons of plotting, or a day of watching the cat held responsible. Lightningpaw is quick to blame others, and hates when he is wrong. He tends to think of no cat but himself. He is easily scared, and his fur will bristle at the slightest surprise.
History: Lightningpaw was born Lightningkit, and was named after his orange pelt. The name continued to suit him when he opened his eyes, revealing how fast he truly was. He was always the fastest of his littermates, Rainkit and Stormkit, but not the strongest. His best defense was to run away. When he got tired of the taunts the other kits gave him, he learned to fight. He was never the best, but he did well enough.
