[Icetalon]

He looked around, thinking. "Good idea." Why had the wolf stopped, anyway? It was crouching down now, but not attcking, why? "They're surrounding us." he suddenly realized.

[Foxtail]

"We need to go now." Junepaw pelted not right at the tree but around the wolves. Taking a longer way around to the tree. One snaped there jaws at her but she rolled right under them and was under the wolf. She dug her claws in the top of its belly and the wolf howled and shook her off. Stumbling she tried to get away from another wolf but it got her and threw her right next to the tree and she went black for a monment. Junepaw thought that she was died but then she saw that she was at the base of the tree getting up. It hurt alot and scrambled up the tree as fast as she could. She looked down to see that Wolfblaze was being surrounded.

[Icetalon]

He was just watching Junepaw fearfully. He didn't want her to get hurt. When he saw she was safely up the tree, he looked at the wolves surrounding him. "You want a piece of me again? Huh?" he growled, "You'll never hurt an innocent cat again if I have anything to say about it." As the wolves crowded in closer, he got ready. The wolves lunged at him, but just as their paws were off the ground, he rolled forward and behind the wolf directly in front of him and he whipped around to see the wolves confusedly all standing where he had been a heartbeat ago. Wolfblaze leapt onto the back of the one he had went under and dug his claws in. The wolf howled and tried to shake him off. He leaned forward on its back and bit into its neck.

[Foxtail]

Junepaw was confused. Wolfblaze already met the wolves? She shook her head. She needed to help him but what could she do. Not know she waited watching Wolfblaze carfully to see what do. She waited for the perfect spot to jump in.

[Icetalon]

Wolfblaze raked his claws along the wolf's back, then leapt off and let it run yelping into the distance. Another wolf flung itself towards him and he slashed his claws across its face, but another wolf slammed its paw into Wolfblaze, sending him flying.

[Foxtail]

At that moment Junepaw scrabled down the tree she pelted for Wolfblaze. She jumped right in front of where he landed. She didn't make sure that he ok, she hissed at the wolves. "Get out here." Flicking her tail she didn't turn around. "Wolfblaze," she moewed "are you ok? Can you stand." terrified she flated her ear hopeing that he was ok.

[Icetalon]

He started to move, but felt a sharp pain in his ribs. Broken, he figured, but he had to ignore it. "I'm fine." He stood beside Junepaw and growled. He thought about scolding her for coming down from the tree, but he decided this wasn't the time for that. He didn't want to wait for the wolves to attack again, so he sprung forward and slashed one of the wolve's noses again, feeling the blood splash across his face and hearing the wolf howl and vaguely seeing it lung at him while the other one lunged at Junepaw.

[Foxtail]

Junepaw looked at the wolf and jumped to the side of its snapping jaws. Then she clawed him in the eyes. Howling the wolf ran away. She turned around and clawed another one in the nose howling too it ran off. She flicked her tail waiting for the next wolf to lunge at her. Pouncing on to the back of a wolf her dug her claws in and bit its neck. The wolf went wild trying to get her off. She jumped off and felt pain she didn't fall she looked at the wolf and hissed.

[Icetalon]

He furiously attacked the wolf's face, then scrambled under its stomach and raked his claws across it. The wolf yelped and leapt away. It stood looking at Wolfblaze for a heart-beat, then turned and ran, howling for the remaining wolves to do the same. Wolfblaze hurried to Junepaw's side, his ribs in pain.

[Icetalon]

The DarkClan cat, Ashfeather came running towards Wolfblaze and Junepaw. She had heard the howling of the wolves and the sounds of cats fighting and didn't want another cat to get hurt as she had. But that wasn't the only reason. It was also partly because she had recognized Wolfblaze's yowls.
Wolfblaze turned to look at her and froze. They both stared at one another in shock.

[Foxtail]

Junepaw looked at the cat and knew Wolfblaze had already meet her. Her mind told her to leave but her heart told her to stay. She looked at Wolfblaze then back at Ashfeather. She remembered the cat from her frist gathering. "Hello Ashfeather." Junepawed meowed Flicking her tail wondering why she was here. Looking around remembering that she almost got killed here twice. A tear rolled down her face and she felt sick to her stomch.

[Icetalon]

Ashfeather didn't look at her, but meowed, "Hi. You're Junepaw, right?" She didn't know what to say to Wolfblaze, but just stared at him.
Wolfblaze blinked and looked at Junepaw, "Are you okay? Are you hurt at all?" He saw the tear and gently touched his nose to her ear, "You faught really well." He sat down next to her and licked her shoulder, then looked at Ashfeather again, "Ashfeather, what are you doing in our territory?" he demanded. He couldn't let who she was distract him from his loyalty to his Clan.
Ashfeather mewed quietly, "I... I heard wolves howling and you two yowling, and I... recognized your battle cry. Are you the one that saved me when I was an apprentice?"
Wolfblaze thought a moment, and decided not to answer, but meowed, "Get out of our territory, or we'll make you leave. Thank you for your concern though."
There was hurt in Ashfeather's eyes. She hadn't expected their meeting to go this way. She turned and fled back to DarkClan territory.

[Foxtail]

Junepaw didn't say anything to Ashfeather. She looked at Wolfblaze "Ya I'm fine." Junepaw meowed. She didn't say anything else and looked at Ashfeather. After she left "We better get back to camp I know that your hurt. Come on." Junepaw stood up slowly and waited if Wolfblaze need anymore help. Sighing "Wolfblaze did you help her as an apperectice?" Junepaw meowed.

[Icetalon]

Why did I do that? Mouse-brain! He thought to himself. He felt guilt piling up on him. He stood, nodding to Junepaw, but he didn't answer her question as they headed back to camp. He was resisting the urge to run after Ashfeather and apologize.

[Foxtail]

Junepaw looked at him and snorted. Rolling her eyes she started padding faster. She knew that he want to talk to her. Junepaw stop and looked at Wolfblaze. "You can go talk to her. I will be fine on my own like I always was." With out waiting for his answer she padded off.

[Icetalon]

"Wha- No, I.... Uhhh...." he shook his head, thinking. Should he? No. He had to make sure Junepaw got back to camp safely, then maybe??? He hurried after Junepaw and didn't say anything else, but just stared at the ground.

[Foxtail]

She stoped. Turned around and said in his face. "Your going to go talk to her right now. Im not leaving this spot until you do. Got it." She sat down. [ By the way Junepaw is very sturrborn] "If it makes you feel better camp is sprint away." she spated. Looking into the trees she thought that She did the right thing he need to talk to her. She would wait right here until he came back. Maybe she would catch some prey too.

[Icetalon]

He blinked. He almost said something, then changed his mind. "Okay," he meowed. He turned and ran after Ashfeather, hoping she hadn't gotten back to her camp yet.

[Foxtail]

Good she tought after he was out of sight she padded to catch some prey. After a few short minutes she had caught asparrow, 2 mice and a vole. She sat down in her spot waiting for him to return.

After a while, Wolfblaze returned. He was staring at the ground and barely looked up at Junepaw, "Thank you, Junepaw. It was a good thing I went after her." He saw the prey she had caught and added, "Nice catches." He began heading back to camp, lost in thought.
